Shipping
US Shipping: U.S. First Class Mail and U.S. Priority Mail. I am a one-woman show, so please allow up to 7 business days for packaging and shipping; if there will be a delay on my end, I will notify you. Please be sure you that you have provided me with your correct shipping address, telephone number, and email- thank you! If a package is returned as the result of incorrect shipping information the package will be reshipped for an additional shipping charge. If you require multiple packages to be shipped to numerous locations- please purchase and process each piece separately.
International Shipping:
USPS priority mail international (please note there is no insurance available and I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.) All the customs fees, import duties, and taxes will be levied by your receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country’s customs policies contact your local customs office. All overseas purchases are final sale.
Delivery:
Items purchased directly through my website are usually shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. If you’ve requested custom pieces made to order, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and gemstones available. If you require a rush order please send me an email along with your order- I will do all I can to ship to you as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

Everything you see on this site is handmade by me and I want you to be thrilled with your new jewelry. I stand by my designs for their quality and beauty. Your order is guaranteed from regular breakage for 14 days after your purchase. If you aren’t happy with your jewelry or your item arrives damaged, please keep all the original packaging materials and contact me at ashley@adorningaphrodite.com for further instructions. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date as shown on the delivery confirmation number. Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the delivery date as shown on your delivery confirmation. When returning your package, please include the jewelry in its original condition and a copy of the original invoice. Special order merchandise is Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Repairs

If an item breaks collect all the pieces and save them. If a break has occurred due to faulty parts, I will fix it for free, including return shipping. If the break is due to regular wear and tear there will be a minimal charge. If pieces are missing, there will be a charge based on the price of replacement, and I will let you know. Adorning Aphrodite jewelry is all one-of-a kind and handmade by me. Available for custom order, my pieces can embody qualities that you wish to empower within you, commemorate a special time and place, or be created with a significant purpose or intention in mind; I can customize your jewelry in any way you would like! Once an option is decided upon, payment is due. Upon completion of your artwork you will receive photos, in order to ensure your satisfaction before shipping. Caring For Your Jewelry
​
The gold and silver may develop a darker, antique look with time. If you don’t like this, jewelry polish can be used to remove the tarnish and return your jewelry to its original fabulousness! To help maintain your jewelry use a polishing cloth at least once a month. The best way to store your jewelry is in a sealed plastic bag, with the exception of pearls. (Plastic bags steal the luster of pearls. Pearls can be restored and maintained by washing them occasionally in lukewarm soapy water.) Make sure that your body products are completely dry before putting on your jewelry, as they can affect the color and quality of your pieces. Chlorine and direct sunlight can semi-precious stones so try and avoid prolonged exposure to both. “Sunshine cloths” are also a great way to clean your jewelry.
